Hüttlenwaldschlucht Spiegelberg
An unspoilt, and on some stretches very romantic, stream valley opens up before the hiker – a further example of the gorges created by erosion typical for this region, with striking sandstone walls, semi-caverns and a small waterfall. Here you must proceed with care; the path through the gorge is narrow and in wet weather slippery so sturdy shoes are a must. Dangerous parts of the trail are secured with ropes.
Hint: the Bodenbachschlucht lies along the “Swabian Forest Trail”
